Ground broken at Tullyglass, Shannon

Work has begun at Tullyglass, Shannon, Co Clare where Paddy Burke Builders Ltd are constructing 60 affordable housing units for Clare County Council. Divided into 2 phases- Phase 1 is for main access road and all sewer diversions and the construction of 22 units in 11 semi detached blocks. Phase 2 is for the remaining 38 units. Both Phases are programmed for 12 months. The works are valued at around €8 million.
