General Details

The project involved overcoming unusual on site requirements such as protection of the Burren Limestone Paving, Storm water attenuation, Grey water recovery and provision of an on site Sewage treatment plant.

Extension and Refurbishment to Templegate Hotel Ennis, Co. Clare

General Details
Extension of the existing Hotel, which is on the record of protected structures, function room and restaurant areas along with the extensive refurbishment of the existing hotel reception, kitchen, public toilets, ‘Great Hall’ function room and meeting rooms to include new floor, wall and ceiling finishes and fire proofing measures. The original hotel was developed from the St Xavier’s Chapel and convent complex. The works also include extensive revamping of the external hard landscaping to the front of the hotel.

General Details
This project involved the complete strip out of the existing Living Room Bar down to the bare structure, demolition of partitions and stairs and the provision of new finishes to the bar area, conversion of first floor to function room and installation of new stairs and bathroom facilities on the ground floor. The bar is now known as Kelly’s Bar.

Woodstock House Hotel

General Details
Completed in May 2000, the Woodstock Hotel, built on a green field site, is the first four star rated hotel to grace the Clare county town. The 67 bedroom development, encompasses a range of leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, plus extensive health and fitness facilities. We were also responsible for building a pro-golf shop and golf course changing rooms. We satisfied the high spec design standards, outlined in the project brief,within a very demanding 42 week time frame.
