General Details
The fit-out of an existing unit from shell and core for Allied Irish Bank. It included the provision of front elevation consisting of blockwork/render and stone slab cladding and included many area’s of work such as the installation of a safe and strong room, ATM and security partitions while ensuring the highest possible security measures be kept on site at all times. The project involved handling many subcontractors both Domestic and Nominated and the co-ordination of all their work in a small area and short time frame to allow the Bank vacate the existing adjoining premises

General Details
This project involved a steel frame built within an existing industrial unit. Consisting of 3nr surgeries, 1 nurse’s room, 1 first aid room, a waiting room, reception and associated corridors with 1 nr stairwell to 1st floor which is left undeveloped. Marmoleum floors with red oak veneered doors and oak reception screens formed part of the finishes.

Built to a seven-month timeframe, this supermarket development represents the final phase of a new commercial development undertaken by our client Profix Developments. The three-storey building incorporates a 15,000 sq.ft. retail outlet, with associated office accommodation overhead, plus 50 underground car parking spaces.

General Details
Project involved the change of use from a house to an office building to be used by the Clare Collage of Traditional Studies (Oidhreacht an Chlair). It was a difficult limited site near the town centre with only access to the terraced house from street frontage. The works involved the stripping of existing roof slates and the provision of natural slate. The works required protection of neighbouring roofs etc and ESB lines close to eaves level. The building is listed as a protected structure and required sensitive refurbishment to the front façade, including plaster features, and the inclusion of sash windows.
